How to choose clothes for an adventure trip?<\/h2>

To choose the right clothing, you must follow some recommendations depending on the garment you are going to use in your mountaineering, hiking, trekking or backpacking activity:<\/p>

– Footwear:<\/strong> the main property that your footwear must have is the ability to adapt to the type of terrain and climate to which it will be exposed. For this reason, we always recommend going with a professional and carrying out a preliminary investigation of the surface on which the activity is to be carried out. However, in general terms, the shoes should be light, comfortable and have a non-slip sole for better grip on unstable terrain.
