Tolhuin Expeditions is a company created for excursions and sports expeditions oriented to the knowledge and care of the environment. It was born of my purpose to unite the sporting and ecological interest of all mountaineers and hikers with a desire to overcome and self-know, facing new challenges, such as climbing a summit by relaxing- in contemplation of natural beauties. Currently we offer exploration itineraries in the rugged nature of Atacama and Patagonia: excursions, hikes, hiking, ascent to volcanoes and a whole set of unforgettable experiences that combine with the enthusiasm and professional dedication that gives us the experience of years and the commitment to what we do.

Tolhuin also has accredited and experienced guides, appropriate equipment, verifies medical information and maintains support and permanent company during the trip to ensure the physical and mental safety of its customers. We are interested in participating in the geographical and human knowledge of the places we travel, share with the locals and manage to glimpse the values of these ancient cultures. We work to and from the human. We yearn to bring to the collective consciousness respect for Nature and for this we incorporate in our we do everything that involves local culture, ecological knowledge. Having already developed our first project in Atacama, which is our current work, we will continue to explore new routes in Patagonia with the aim of making Tolhuin also a logistics platform that is able to effectively serve environmental research and development institutions.
